Boxx to Partner with ProMax

Workstation provider Boxx Technologies and digital video editing systems provider ProMax Systems have signed an agreement to jointly deliver a range of specialized media creation products.

Austin-based Boxx will integrate its range of 3DBoxx workstations and RenderBoxx render nodes with the ProMax line of video editing systems and SAN storage systems. By merging technologies, customers will have access to greater specialized technical support resources that will cover all the major steps of the creation process from shooting, computer graphics to compositing, editing and authoring, according to Boxx.
