Bush nominates Adelstein for second term on commission

published President George W. Bush said Nov. 30 he intends to nominate Jonathan Adelstein for an additional five-year term as a commissioner of the Federal Communications Commission.
If approved, Adelstein’s term would expire June 30, 2013. Adelstein is one of two Democrats serving on the commission.
