Calvin College updated their SDI production facility to HD-SDI, replacing their Ross Synergy switcher with Vision.
Calvin started using Vision in January 2009 to broadcast Inner Compass, a television interview show that explores how people make their decisions about ethical, religious, and social justice issues. Inner Compass is a half hour show currently available via PBS in SD, soon in HD.
“Calvin College is pleased with the flexibility that Vision gives in an education and real-time broadcast operation,” said Jake Bosmeijer, chief engineer, Calvin College. “The flexibility of the mnemonics and the input and output routing make installation and operation a breeze.”
