CES To Feature HD Pro Showcase
New York, NY--At the 2005 Consumer Electronics Show (CES), January 6-9, in Las Vegas, attendees will be treated to the latest high definition video production/editing and graphics tools as part of the new HD Pro Showcase in the CES South Plaza.
Addressing the movement of digital audio/video content into the prosumer market, this pavilion demonstrates the growing amount of programming, production and delivery systems already in place to support today’s expanding consumer market for high definition television. Co-sponsored by CMPinformation, HD Pro Showcase will present attendees with demonstrations of high definition cameras, storage, graphics, and editing systems as well as new affordable portable HDV camcorders and desktop solutions.
In addition, CES will be hosting a range of hands-on digital media training workshops that provide attendees with introductions to these new desktop and imaging tools. Produced by Future Media Concepts in cooperation with Videography Magazine more than 50 individual sessions are scheduled, covering digital photography, digital video, Apple’s iLife, multimedia, Macromedia, videography,and Web start-up through in-depth demonstrations and workshops.
