Cobalt Brings HD8021 to IBC
Cobalt Digital will show its HD8021 monitoring tool for high and standard definition video at this year's IBC in Amsterdam, Sept. 11-16.
The HD8021 converter allows for viewing of HDSDI or SDI signals on a wide range of monitors, including HD (analog or digital), SD (analog or digital) or XGA analog. 10-bit processing is used throughout and digital and analog outputs are standard. HD8021 can re-aspect the input signal to 4:3 or 16:9, convert 24-frame video to 60 frames and move interlace to progressive and back.
The unit features user-configurable reticule overlays, digital embedded audio pass-through and can be controlled remotely for monitoring wall applications. User setups are by external switches or via serial PC interface.
