Combat Camera Keynotes GV Expo
The television news coverage of Operation Iraqi Freedom brought the realities of combat home to U.S. viewers. But this year's keynote address for the 6th Annual Government Video Technology Expo will bring attendees even closer to the action. Lt. Comm. Bruce Wallace, Joint Combat Camera Program manager for the U.S. Navy, will serve as keynote speaker for this year's Expo. During his 30-minute presentation, "Joint Combat Camera: Video on the Front Lines," Wallace will discuss the role of Combat Camera during Operation Iraqi Freedom, as well as the unique role and challenges of video documentation during that operation.
This year's GV Expo will be held December 3-4 at the new Washington Convention Center in Washington, DC. Wallace will make his keynote address at 4 p.m. on December 3. Admission to the show floor and keynote addresses are free for all registered GV Expo attendees.
