Cox Communications is now offering digital subscribers HD movies from its On DEMAND library. The service is currently available in Cox's San Diego operation with the company's northern Virginia and Oklahoma City markets slated to launch next. Additional markets are expected to launch this summer.
On DEMAND offers Cox Digital Cable subscribers a library of more than 5000 movies, shows and music videos, with many programs available at no charge. Cox also offers premium on-demand content to subscribers of HBO, Starz, Showtime and Cinemax.
On DEMAND from Cox is available in the following markets: greater Louisiana; Cleveland; Roanoke, Hampton Roads and northern regions of Virginia; Kansas; Las Vegas; New England; Oklahoma City and Tulsa, OK; San Diego and Orange County, CA; and Omaha, NE.
