Wireless coverage of this year’s Winter Classic between the Boston Bruins and Philadelphia Flyers was provided by CP Communications, utilizing Link wireless technology from Vislink.
Link L2134 receivers and L1500 transmitters broadcast the fast-paced action, providing a low-latency feed to both the NHL Network and in-house screens. Red House Holdings, owners of CP Communications, chose Link systems for their reliability and superior picture quality.
The once-a-year hockey showdown is played outside, this year at Boston’s Fenway Park, where the facility was specially converted and frozen over.
