Comments due on broadcast ownership diversification rulemaking
The FCC March 5 released its Report and Order and Third Further Notice of Proposed Rule Making aimed at increasing the participation of new entrants and small businesses, including minority- and women-owned businesses, in the broadcast industry. The comment and reply comment clock began running with the publication of the order and further notice in the Federal Register.
