Digital Vision has agreed to acquire Nucoda.
All engineering and technical support functions for Nucoda will remain headquartered in London. Digital Vision will continue to invest in technology already developed by Nucoda, in addition to further developing its own image processing systems.
Robert Ekstrom, president and COO of Digital Vision, said the addition of the Nucoda product line, in combination with its own image processing algorithms, would provide new functionality and value for its customers.
