Denmark-based DK-Technologies has appointed William Boxill as the vice president of its U.S. subsidiary.
As vice president, Boxill will be responsible for improving the distribution of the company's product lines and focus on the company's recent corporate rebranding under the DK banner.
Prior to coming onboard at DK, Boxill worked at Videotek, Tektronix and Leitch.
