Eitan Koter named president of Scopus Video Networks
Scopus Video Networks, a provider of digital video networking solutions, has named Eitan Koter as its new president. The company also announced the appointment of Ovadia Cohen, current vice president of marketing, to the position of vice president, business development and marketing communications. Both will report to company CEO, Dr. Yaron Simler.
Koter, formerly vice president of sales, will be responsible for growing Scopus' business operations and improving sales and marketing efforts, while Cohen will oversee Scopus' industry partnerships and help define the company's future strategy.
Dr. Simler said the new management changes support the company's strategic focus on system solutions, helping to reinforce its growing status in the OEM market, and strengthen Scopus' ability to further capitalize on the emerging opportunities stemming from market convergence.
