Electronic Filing Mandatory for Mid-Term EEO Reports

Broadcasters need to file their Mid-Term EEO Report electronically.

That’s FCC Form 397.

Electronic filing became available March 9 of this year and the agency made it mandatory Sept. 9. Paper filings will not be accepted unless accompanied by a waiver request.
