SeaChange has earned an Emmy nomination for its Time-Shifted Television software suite. Time-Shifted Television enables VOD services to automatically capture and propagate broadcast programming for rapid on-demand availability.
SeaChange's Time-Shifted Television suite seamlessly extends the automation of the SeaChange VOD System and add-on Record System software to expand content libraries by ingesting programming that is broadcast on a schedule, while potentially providing incremental ratings. It automatically provides updates to electronic program guide VOD menus, meeting viewers where they normally access their content choices.
Winners will be announced Oct. 23 at the National Television Academy's annual Technology & Engineering Emmy Awards in New York City.
