Encoda System has appointed Toni McHugh as senior vice president of sales for the company's Media Management Solutions division to oversee its expanded sales strategy for the Americas.
According to Encoda, McHugh and other recent management changes have stemmed a renewed commitment from its investor group to provide capital resources for the company's three-year operating plan.
McHugh's industry sales experience in local, national and general markets was acquired at CNBC Europe and at NBC and ABC affiliates in the U.S.
