Envivio is now powering MPEG-4 broadcast video services from mobile to HD.
The 4Caster mobile encoder line serves broadcast mobile (DVB-H, DMB) and 3GPP applications to deliver live feeds to hand-held receivers such as cell phones. Mobile Broadcasting is using the mobile services for MobaHo! service in Japan.
The San Francisco-based company's 4Coder HD systems provide dual-pass encoding at full resolution, full frame rate video for offline broadcast contribution applications.
Envivio's encoders include store and forward, IP networking and enable the delivery of interactive multimedia content.
