In May there were no experimental license grants from the FCC for use of frequencies assigned to broadcasters. One grant that may be of interest to some readers is WD2XJK, issued to Rainbow MVDDS Company LLC for use of spectrum between 12.2 and 12.7 GHz in Seldon, New York to test and develop MVDDS technology.
