FCC Commissioner Kathleen Abernathy will jump into "The Regulatory Face-Off" at NAB2004 April 19 in Las Vegas. She'll join her colleagues, Michael Copps and Jonathan Adelstein, in discussing the issues such as media ownership and the digital transition.
