FCC to Hold DTV Education Workshop for Low-income Consumers
The FCC will hold a DTV consumer education workshop focusing on low-income consumers on April 1, 2008 at commission headquarters in Washington, D.C.
The workshop will run from 9:00 to noon and will address issues related to ensuring that low-income consumers are prepared for the cessation of analog TV a year from now.
The FCC’s address is 445 12th St. SW in Washington. The meeting will be held in the commission meeting room and will be Webcast from the FCC’s Web site at www.fcc.gov/realaudio. A complete agenda will be released soon.
