Focus Finalizes Visual Circuits Buyout

published Focus Enhancements completed its acquisition of Minneapolis-based Visual Circuits Corp. through the issuance of nearly 3.8 million shares of Focus' common stock. The companies signed an agreement for the acquisition on Jan. 27, and made the transaction public the next day.
Focus' president and CEO said it places the company "in the rapidly growing markets of video information distribution and digital signage" used by many industries.
VCC develops networked media servers and devices that enable users to manage and distribute standard and high-definition video and high-resolution graphics over terrestrial and satellite networks.
