Force introduces Model 3753 HDTVLinx

published Force has introduced the HDTVLinx Model 3753 19.4Mb/s to 1.5Gb/s serial digital video fiber optic link.
Force's Model 3753 has a configurable optical level control for back-to-back short haul or long haul applications.
Based on the Model 2653 DTVLinx and Model 2953 HDTVLinx, the Model 3753 link transports both compressed and uncompressed digital data from 19.4Mb/s to 1.5Gb/s and complies with SMPTE 310M (19.4Mb/s) SMPTE 259M (270Mb/s) and SMPTE 292M (1.485Mb/s) broadcast standards.
Key features include:
- Configurable optical level control for back-to-back short haul or long haul applications;
- TX provides cable equalization up to 100 meters;
- RX provides for configurable slew rate control for performance optimization;
- Dynamic performance range from 19.4Mb/s to 1.485 Mb/s, including pathological codes in strict compliance with SMPTE 292M HDTV.
