FSM adds Linux-based Autodesk Discreet Flame systems
Sydney, Australia-based independent post-production facility Frame, Set & Match (FSM) now includes two of Autodesk's Discreet Flame systems on Linux, a customized Discreet Flame system on IRIX and Autodesk's Discreet Fire nonlinear editing/finishing system. These Autodesk systems form the backbone of FSM's visual effects, compositing and long-form editing services.
FSM has been working on high-resolution projects for more than five years.
FSM offers full HD, 2K and 4K toolsets and provides scanning, digital intermediate, editing and visual effects services.
FSM's new Discreet Flame systems operate on dual core, dual processor IBM workstations that have been upgraded with 8GB of RAM.
