FSN plans to double its schedule of HD telecasts of major live sporting events during the next 12 months.
FSN’s regional sports networks will collectively offer live HD telecasts of nearly 1000 games showcasing the NBA, MLB, NHL and NCAA football and basketball.
Throughout the course of the 2006-2007 seasons, FSN’s 18 owned-and-operated regional sports networks are planning to produce more than 2500 hours of live event programming in high definition.
FSN regional networks contributing local HD game production include FSN Arizona, FSN Detroit, FSN Florida, FSN Indiana, FSN Midwest, FSN North, FSN Northwest, FSN Ohio, FSN Pittsburgh, FSN Rocky Mountain, FSN South, FSN Southwest, FSN Houston, FSN Utah, FSN West, Prime Ticket, SportSouth and Sun Sports.
