Game Creek Taps Grass Valley's Kayenne for Rose Bowl
Game Creek Video, a Hudson, N.H.-based mobile production company, relied on Grass Valley’s new Kayenne Video Production Center for producing video coverage of this year’s Rose Bowl Game in Pasadena, Calif.
The Jan. 1 event was carried in high definition by ABC, with Game Creek providing coverage with both its “Liberty” vehicle and a “B” auxiliary unit. Prior to the New Year’s Day bowl game, Game Creek had been providing game build-up feeds to ESPN from another truck brought to Pasadena, the “Intrepid,” which is equipped with a Grass Valley Kalypso switcher.
Game Creek’s “Liberty” vehicle continues to keep a busy schedule, with coverage of ESPN’s “College GameDay” show, the BSC Championship game on Jan. 7, and an earlier Big 12 Conference Championship game from Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas.
