The recent Super Bowl was telecast on Fox with the help of Thomson Grass Valley digital production gear and mobile production company NEP Shooters.
NEP Shooters sent 30 employees and ten of its SD and HD trucks to televise the match up between the New England Patriots and the Philadelphia Eagles.
The Kalypso HD video production center switchers, more than 50 LDK 6000 mk II WorldCam HD cameras and the Kameleon and Gecko modular products were used for the biggest professional football game of the season.
Additionally, NEP used the Grass Valley 4000 SD production switcher on board its SS-7 and ND-2 trucks for the international versions of the pre- and post-games as well as live feed.
