Harris Broadcast Communications’ Division launched a web portal at NAB to provide service offerings online and expand its current service capabilities. Access to the portal will be available through www.broadcast.harris.com/service.
The new web portal provides service-related information and offerings for Harris Broadcast Communications products such as manual replacement and purchase, registration for training classes, product support information including: product service bulletins, update information, and parts information, availability and pricing.
As Harris expands the site, information and offerings for additional products from the Harris Broadcast Communications portfolio will be added. Harris Automation Solutions and Intraplex Products, two of Harris' product portfolios, already offer service online.
