HDNet gives U.S. viewers HD view of Iraqi elections

published HDNet delivered a high-definition look at the streets of Iraq during its historic Jan. 30 vote. The live and continuous HD feed was uplinked using HDNet’s one-of-a-kind flyaway uplink. The uplink was connected to a HD camera overlooking the city.
HDNet sent a live continuous, uninterrupted feed to U.S. viewers for eight hours on Jan. 29 and Jan. 30. The network also showed taped reports from Iraq produced by the HDNet World Report team.
