High End TV in Nashville, TN, recently acquired two new Thales Angenieux 26 x 7.8 AIF HD ENG/EFP telephoto zoom lenses for use on electronic press kits, music videos and television commercials.
High End TV purchased the new lenses primarily for use with Panasonic Varicams as well as jib cameras.
The 26X HD ENG/EFP Telephoto Zoom Lens offers a focal range of 7.8mm to 203mm, (15.6mm to 406 mm with a 2X extender) and a fast aperture of f/2.2. The lens’ high-quality optics and light weight (4.1lbs) are well suited for today’s HD digital cameras. A rectangular sunshade minimizes light interference, and its sturdy construction is resistant to condensation, dust and rain.
