Software Generation Ltd. (SGL) has appointed Howard Twine as Product Manager to oversee the development of products from conception to launch and beyond, both from a technical and marketing perspective.
Twine will be responsible for SGL's entire product line, based on the FlashNet content storage and archive management software. Twine's experience integrating products into the Media Asset Management workflow and his close involvement with the Advanced Media Workflow Association (AMWA) will further be a boost to the company SGL said.
Twine joins SGL from Pro-Bel where he was the Product Manager responsible for the Morpheus range of Automation and Media Asset Management solutions. Prior to this, he was Project Manager at TransMedia Dynamics, and was involved in the integration of broadcast and IT hardware with an extensive Media Asset Management and Workflow software application. He also held various positions at Edifis and Leitch Europe.
