InPhase Technologies to roll out holographic storage

published At NAB2007, InPhase Technologies will exhibit a commercially available holographic data storage product.
A breakthrough in data storage, the InPhase Tapestry has a 300GB capacity and will enable broadcasters to record 2100 minutes (35 hours) of broadcast-quality video on a single disk at a transfer rate of 20Mb/s in less than 4.5 hours.
The company will also announce:
- An Ikegami-branded holographic drive for the Ikegami Editcam and Editcam HD tapeless camcorders;
- Panasonic-branded holographic archive systems for Panasonic P2;
- New resellers for the InPhase Tapestry 300R drive.
