JVC to Showcase HDV, Tapeless Products at IBC2004
JVC will showcase its new high definition CMOS chip, the KH-F870 SDI camera and the DLA-HD2KE projector at IBC2004 in Amsterdam this September.
The JY-HD10 camcorder and CU-VH1 DV/HDV field-recorder will be featured at the conference. JVC's lightweight KY-F560E camera is a three-chip, half inch CCD box camera.
JVC will also show its range of tapeless products that includes the BD-X200E and BD-X201ME DVD recorders. These recorders are direct-to-disc devices that maintain the facility of titling and chaptering with automatic thumbnails.
The GY-DV5001E camcorder has an integrated DR-DV5000 hard disk recorder that can be pre-configured to record in the native file format of most NLEs including Avid Express, Final Cut Pro, Canopus, and Matrox. Once field shooting is done, the hard disk can be directly connected to the NLS making the footage and metadata immediately available.
JVC will be in booth 8.191 at IBC2004, Sept. 10-14. For More information, visit http://www.ibc.org/
