Laser Pacific Media has placed orders with Digital Vision to upgrade three of its Digital Vision DVNR image processing systems to support the HD 4:4:4 RGB format. The upgrades include Digital Vision's latest generation grain and noise management system AGR4 and film dirt and scratch concealer ASC3 with motion estimation. These new products will be installed at Laser Pacific's facilities in Hollywood.
Laser Pacific will use the new motion estimation restoration systems in its feature film mastering and television operations.
