Leitch has released the latest version of its VelocityQ, an SD post-production NLE system.
Version 9.1--available in May--offers new color correction tools, collaborative workflows and audio processing and also wider media format support.
The CPU-based color correction tools, include three-way color-wheel control, curves, color matching and automatic white and black rebalance.
With the new interactive editing model, users can edit, add, delete and move clips without interrupting full-quality playback.
The new "detect n collect" feature automatically detects and collects new media files in user-selected directories.
In addition, VelocityQ's audio capabilities have been upgraded. Real-time. VST audio plug-ins can now be applied to entire audio tracks with automation.
