Digital technology provider Quantel has hired Julian Ramm as regional sales manager for post production in Santa Monica, West Hollywood and West Los Angeles.
Ramm joins the U.K.-based company from Sony, where he was responsible for sales of HD systems to key post, broadcast and film studios accounts and sales of editing systems.
The Quantel iQ SI system and eQ multi-res HD platform offer unique ways for post houses to maximize profits, according to Ramm who brings his 25 years' experience in the broadcast and post industry to Quantel.
