NBCOlympics.com, USA Luge and the International Bobsleigh and Skeleton Federation, in conjunction with online sports broadcaster MediaZone, will provide live and on-demand coverage of the 2007-08 Luge Bobsleigh Skeleton World Cup and 2008 World Championship events.
Live World Cup Luge coverage from Calgary, Canada, and on-demand coverage from Lake Placid, New York, will be available starting Nov. 24. NBCOlympics.com will serve as the only place luge fans, however many there are, can watch these World Cup and World Championship competitions Live with interactive features.
Individual Event Packages will be available for $5.99 with access to highlights and NBC Olympics news, with coverage only available in the United States.
NBCOlympics.com with MediaZone will capture eight World Cup Luge races this season, as well as the 2008 World Championships from Oberhof, Germany, with nearly 65 hours of racing between November 2007 and February 2008.
