New York, NY-based Metrovision Production Group has purchased an assortment of Fujinon HD lenses for use on a variety of mobile productions and on its new HD production truck, Metrovision HD-1.
Established in 1988, Metrovision provides broadcast and remote production equipment and services for the video broadcast community, personnel and uplink services. Metrovision production services span a variety of events, including sporting events and entertainment.
The Fujinon lenses now in use include: an XA101x8.9ESM super telephoto field lens; two XA88x8.8ESM telephoto lenses; an HA42x9.7ERD premier series stabilized telephoto ENG style lens; one HA22X7.8ERM premier series HD ENG style telephoto lens; and one HA13x4.5ERM ENG-style super wide angle lens with 2x extender and Digi-Power servo.
