Mitsubishi upgrades wall monitor series
Mitsubishi unveiled new twists in its XL MegaView line of wall monitors during NAB.
The new display units are designed for 24-hour high-resolution. The XL MegaView series encompasses the VS-50XL20U, VS-50XLF20U, VS-50XLW20U, VS-67XL20U models.
Each XL MegaView comes with a proprietary suite of system features and functions including Texas Instruments’ 12-degree DMD XGA chip, a smart lamp, automatic color balancing, digital gradation circuit, brightness balancing and dual brightness modes and the company’s ColorView color matrix palette. Each display engine is equipped with a DMD chip to provide XGA images (1024×768 pixels). The result is a single-scene projection or crisp and clear multi-view images that practically jump from the screen.
The series features center-to-center brightness and uniformity thereby eliminating distracting hot spots. Designed for exceptional versatility, the MegaView Wall is compact, fully modular and stackable.
