Mogami shows Cat 5e LAN cable
Mogami showed a new broadcast-quality Cat 5e LAN Cable at the AES 2009 in Munich, Germany.
The Ethernet cable is specially designed for demanding remote production applications. It is flexible enough to lay flat on the floor, yet rugged enough for reliable performance — even with frequent setups in live sound and remote venues. It meets TIA/EIA-568B Category 5e performance characteristics.
The cable is available in complete assemblies or as bulk in lengths of up to 1000ft. Factory assemblies carry a one-year warranty against failure.
Mogami also showed its Neglex microphone cable range — high-performance audio multicores with up to 48 channels, and Bantam Tiny Telephone Patchcords.
