It includes 32 motorized touch-sensitive input faders and 12 group and program faders that provide a fast control surface in a mainframe that allows for expansion. System I/O provides: 16 Mic Pre's with remote input selection for 48 mics, 56-AES In-Out and 56-Analog In-Out. All signals feed a 224 x 224 digital router with a color-coded touchscreen interface.
Twelve of Harrison's built-in LCD video displays will take the place of a large monitor. These built-in monitors will allow the operator to focus his eyes in the same plane as his console controls.
The TVD-SL is scheduled to be installed in a newly designed, 5.1 control room in September 2002.
