Network control software provider ILC has made a 10-year deal with NBC for its MaxView software to update Skypath, NBC's current two-way satellite distribution system for news packages and special programming between NBC Network, MSNBC, CNBC and other stations and affiliates.
The MaxView suite of software includes the Aperia user interface; Maestro event manager; InSite report generator; Scenario broadcast scheduler, and DDK, a driver development kit. The implementation is scheduled for completion in six months.
