OpenTV's middleware has been selected to support HD services rollout for Latin American Pay TV operator Net Serviços de Comunicação.
OpenTV's Core2 and PVR2 software will enable the delivery of advanced television and advanced advertising services that will form part of the cable operator's new NET HD Max PVR-based package. The new offering allows customers to reproduce and record HDTV content, in a personalised and interactive experience HD.
