published The capital complex in Harrisburg, Pa., received a digital upgrade from Opticomm. The new system gives employees throughout the complex access to watch Pennsylvania House of Representative sessions on their computers at any time.
The privately held San Diego company supplies a one-way video and dual-balanced audio 600-ohm feed to provide the streaming audio and video to the other buildings in the complex.
The press is also able to access and record the sessions for rebroadcast. The signal is available through a satellite uplink to cable networks statewide as well.
