Quantel will be showcasing its latest generationQ range of products at IBC2004 this September in Amsterdam. The Quantel kit features its Resolution Co-existenceGäó technology.
More specifics about products are being kept a secret until the show begins, but attendees can expect to learn more about eQ, news and sports, graphics and IQ. EQ is a multi-resolution editing, effects, grading and mastering system. News and sports technology use SD and HD technology for tapeless production. Quantel's Paintbox is a broadcast graphics package. iQ is the pre-vis, assembly, trailer and mastering system that performs these tasks at 2k in real time.
