Positioning systems provider QuickSet International has acquired Knox Video Technologies.
Employees of Knox Video will be absorbed into QuickSet, according to Stefan Siegel, vice president of sales and marketing for the Gaithersburg, Md.-based company.
The amount of the deal--completed in mid-December--was not disclosed. QuickSet--based in Northbrook, Ill.--provides azimuth/elevation control mounts and tripods to places such as the Kennedy Space Center and its products are used for launch safety, flight monitoring and facility security.
