Russia’s 7TV switches to Ross Vision 2
By TVTechnology
published Russian television station 7TV has purchased a Ross Vision 2 multidefinition production switcher for live broadcast events.
The new switcher went on the air at 7TV in June. The station said it chose the switcher due to its modern design and functionality. It is being used on a 24/7 basis.
The Vision series is a next generation multidefinition production switcher — handling both SD and HD formats. The Vision MD/X was designed for newscasts, sports and special events with either HD or SD requirements or a mix of both.
