Samsung to supply set-top boxes to DirecTV

published Samsung has agreed to supply $130 million worth of set-top boxes to DirecTV Group, the largest U.S. satellite TV operator.
Samsung said it would ship 1.11 million set-top boxes to the U.S. firm in the second half of this year and hoped to increase supplies in the future.
DirecTV is controlled by Rupert Murdoch’s News Corp. through its FOX Entertainment Group unit.
