The FCC International Bureau's satellite division requested comments on whether recent changes of control of space station license S2475 for the Horizons I satellite involving Horizons Satellite LLC (a 50/50 joint venture between Intelsat Corp. and JSAT International Inc.); Intelsat Gibraltar Ltd.; Intelsat Luxembourg Sarl; Intelsat Poland Sp.z.o.o. Intelsat Bermuda Ltd; and Intelsat Holding Corp. "affects any of the considerations made when the original satellite operator, Horizons Satellite LLC, was added to the Permitted List and allowed to enter the U.S. market."
