Intelsat LLC withdrew its application for modification of its INTELSAT 603 authorization. See FCC International Bureau Report SAT-00220. The FCC accepted a filing from Intelsat to relocate the INTELSAT 804 satellite from 176 degrees East Longitude (EL) to 174 degrees EL. Intelsat plans to start and complete relocation of the satellite in July, 2004. Intelsat also filed an application to relocate the INTELSAT 802 satellite from 174 degrees EL to 32.9 degrees EL.
