The biannual Taktons sound recordings competition is set for 7–10 November in Novi Sad, Serbia. The event is hosted by Radio-Televizije Vojvodine.
The competition aims to gain insight into creative achievements in sound recordings from the past two years, as well as to evaluate the technical quality of the sound recordings based on the uniformly predefined subjective and objective parameters.
Running alongside the Taktons competition are an audio equipment exhibition and a symposium with discussions of acoustics, audio measurement and recording techniques.
