TANDBERG Television has completed the acquisition of GoldPocket Interactive, a provider of interactive television technology, solutions and systems based in Los Angeles.
After closing adjustments, the final purchase consideration was determined to be $79.8 million, consisting of a mixture of Tandberg stock and cash.
